Review: Fear Night is directed by Craig Gillespie and written by Tom Holland. Anton Yelchin is a star, Colin Farrell, David Tennant, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Imogen Poots and Toni Collette. The music is by Ramin Djawadi and cinematography by Javier Aguirresarobe. The film is a remake of the 1985 film of the same name, also written by Tom Holland, looks Yelchin as Charley Brewster, a teenager living in a suburb of Las Vegas, finding new handsome neighbor, Jerry Dandridge (Farrell) is a real blood sucking vampire. And no one believed him a vampire homing in on his mother and girlfriend, Charley turns to the enigmatic playboy magician Peter Vincent (Tennant) for help.Ah remakes, a word that often spells problems in the fan-film circuits, especially when the population and the horror faithful. So no surprise, then, that Fright Night has been met with a very divisive time difficult to make waves at the box office (he made a small profit when the cost range Wee taken into income). However, he got some good reviews on the critic's office, where they are as I see it more than lives up to the original, which was fun and scary, but it is hardly what one would call horror comedy masterpiece. I often have my rose tinted glasses on for the likes of 85 Fright Night, but if we choose to admit it or not, they were really happy movie then, but because they are so : gs with small eyes. Now when you look in a haze of nostalgia, it's not hard to see why some makers to film a modern feel the remake is possible and can work, is Fright Night a case.This if no masterpiece either, pulling a third of the first and CG malarkey does not really offer anything special film deserves abuse. When Tennant fit in and steals the movie with additional glory profanity, sex and witticisms worthy origin piece.Next up Farrell goes well and threatening wrath of fans running sci-fi fo r his star turn in the Total Recall remake. He comes out of this horror remake, because the film in general, good credit. So the young 80's that I have to shake off the dust and strap themselves in for the ride seat time. Could surpass the original, but it's just the modern equivalent. And that is something that visitors to the world Fright Night will hopefully relax in 7/10
